Teeth in a Day: Thrilled to smile again

This patient came in with infection, shifting teeth, bone loss, and upper teeth that were no longer dependable. He was not just dealing with dental problems — he was dealing with the daily uncertainty of a smile he could not trust. Before treatment began, we worked with our in-house lab to design the new smile around where the teeth needed to be for the best appearance, support, and function. That planning allowed the implants and temporary teeth to be guided by the final smile we wanted to create, rather than simply replacing the failing teeth exactly where they had been. The failing upper teeth were removed, implants were placed, and fixed temporary implant teeth were attached the same day. By the end of the visit, he had a secure new smile, a healthier foundation, and the kind of confidence that was obvious the moment he saw himself.
