Dr. Hecht was a founding member of his dental school's implant study club, which hosted sessions with the world's leading experts in implant dentistry. Dr. Hecht also volunteered in some of his school's post-doctoral education programs where he gained hands-on experience in implant placement.

Dr. Hecht attended Binghamton University. He received a BA in Physics in 2002.


Dental School

Dr. Hecht attended New York University College of Dentistry. He received his DDS in 2008.


Residency

After dental school, Dr. Hecht completed a one-year residency at the Staten Island University Hospital Dental Clinic.

Dr. Jason Hecht loves to spend time with his wife and young son. They often go on walks at the Staten Island Midland Beach boardwalk together. Their favorite sports include skiing, tennis, and cross-country running. Other hobbies Dr. Hecht enjoys are cooking, photography, drawing, and sculpting.

Sharon didn't like the look of her teeth and also had trouble eating her favorite foods. This is where dental implants came into play.
