Full Mouth Implants: Full-Mouth Implant Reconstruction for Severe Tooth Breakdown
Description
This patient came in with severe tooth breakdown, crowding, discoloration, and loss of support. When teeth are heavily compromised across the mouth, the smile can look tired and unstable no matter how carefully the patient tries to manage it. Dr. Jason Hecht planned full-mouth implant reconstruction to replace the failing pattern with a fuller, cleaner, more stable smile. His custom full-arch process is designed to connect the surgical plan with the prosthetic result, so implant positions, bite, tissue shape, and tooth display all work together. The goal was better structure, better brightness, and a face-fitting smile. Individual results vary.
