Full Mouth Implants: Jay's Staged Full-Mouth Implant Reconstruction With Fixed Teeth Throughout
Description
Jay's case needed patience, planning, and a staged path. His teeth were worn, discolored, uneven, and no longer giving him the stable smile or bite he wanted, but the treatment also had to respect the condition of the bone. Instead of rushing straight to the final implant result, Dr. Jason Hecht planned a sequence that kept Jay in fixed teeth while the foundation improved. The first stage removed the failing teeth while saving selected teeth to support fixed PFM roundhouse temporary bridges, allowing bone to grow and mature without leaving him in a removable denture. Jay later converted to full-mouth implant temporary teeth, and the case was ultimately completed with screw-retained zirconia implant teeth. The after photos show a broader, brighter, stronger smile, but the real story is the controlled process behind it: fixed teeth through the transition, then a final zirconia result built on implants. Individual results vary. L, Jay
