Description

This Staten Island full-mouth implant case began with severe dental breakdown: decayed and eroded teeth, missing upper back teeth, uneven/hypererupted teeth from long-term bite and bone changes, and heavy plaque or calculus accumulation visible around the remaining lower teeth. The patient had also been dealing with poorly fitting lower partial dentures that rubbed painfully instead of feeling stable and comfortable. Dr. Jason Hecht planned full-mouth dental implant treatment to replace the failing teeth and rebuild a fixed, natural-looking smile. The goal was not simply a whiter smile; it was to move from painful, unstable partials and failing teeth to fixed implant-supported teeth designed for function, comfort, facial support, and confidence. The photo series includes a full-face view, close-up smile view, and retracted clinical view, so patients can see both the everyday result and the dental proof behind it. This case is useful for patients with missing teeth, painful partial dentures, severe wear, decay, bone loss, or a bite that has shifted over time. Treatment with Jason Hecht, DDS is planned individually after consultation, imaging, and review of the patient's health, bite, bone, and goals. Individual results vary.
