Dr. Jason Hecht: From the core of the office we are a family. There's that aura in the office that the patients feel when they come in. In addition to transforming their lives and giving them the new teeth, they feel comfortable throughout the process, comfortable enough that they're not only our patients, they're our friends. And friends are like another version of family. Whatever problem they might have, whatever malady, whatever tooth dysfunction, whatever pain they're having, it is very likely that we can take them in and see what's wrong with them and come up with a solution and deliver that solution as a team. We don't limit our treatment for our patients to what an insurance company will provide for them. We'll always seek their full comprehensive solution. We'll always seek to get them the smile they're looking for. We'll always seek to fix their whole mouth, their whole situation. And generally, an insurance company will cover just a small portion of their mouth or just a certain threshold of quality. Dr. Alex Hecht: We do stage treatment based on patients' annual maximum. We work with insurance. We're there to help them feel younger, feel happier, be able to smile, be able to be lead a long healthy life.
